Wegmans Beef Culinary Stock (32-oz. cartons, "NO SALT ADDED") was imported into the U.S. without the required federal re-inspection. The product was shipped to stores in Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania. Although no illnesses have been reported, the USDA is concerned that some may still be in home pantries or refrigerators.
