Taza and South Asian Food samosas recalled for undeclared milk allergen

Do not eat recalled samosa products

Chicken and beef samosa products made by Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing may contain milk, which is not listed on the label. The affected products were produced between November 2019 and November 2020. No illnesses have been reported, but the USDA is alerting consumers out of caution.

  • Do not eat samosas with "TAZA" or "SOUTH ASIAN FOOD" labels and best-by dates of November 11, 2020–November 11, 2021
  • Check your freezer for 12-oz. packages with establishment number EST. 44163 or P-44163
  • Throw away the products or return them to where you bought them
  • Contact your doctor if you have consumed these and have milk allergies or experience any symptoms
