Fully cooked summer sausage products produced on July 13, 2022 may contain pieces of clear plastic. The products were sold in Kansas, Missouri, and online. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your freezer or refrigerator for 1-lb packages with lot code 220715
- Do not eat the sausage if you have these products
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 with questions
