Carnival Brands chicken and pork product produced without federal inspection

Do not eat Carnival Brands Cajun Mac

Pigeon Caterers, Inc. (doing business as Carnival Brands) produced about 140 pounds of a ready-to-eat chicken and pork product without required federal inspection. The product, sold as 6 oz. containers of Cajun Mac with "Enjoy By" dates from May 17, 2017 through January 20, 2018, was shipped to a hotel in New Orleans. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat this product if you have it
  • Throw it away or return it to where you bought it
  • Contact your doctor if you have symptoms of food poisoning
