Do not eat Costco Rotisserie Chicken Salad from Lynwood store

Costco Rotisserie Chicken Salad sold at the Lynwood, Washington store between August 26 and September 2, 2016 may be contaminated with Salmonella. Four people in Washington became ill after eating this product. The contamination has not been confirmed in the product itself, but health officials linked illnesses to this chicken salad.

  • Do not eat Costco Rotisserie Chicken Salad purchased from the Lynwood store on August 26, August 31, or September 2, 2016
  • Throw away the product or return it to Costco
  • Check your freezer if you shopped at that store during those dates
  • Contact your doctor if you have diarrhea, abdominal cramps, or fever within 3 days of eating this product
