Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods poultry salad recalled for potential Listeria contamination
Do not eat Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods kale salad
Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods produced kale and broccoli slaw salads with chicken that may contain Listeria monocytogenes, a harmful bacteria. The contamination came from broccoli supplied by another company. The affected products were sold in Oregon and Washington with use-by dates between October 12 and 16, 2017.
- Do not eat these salads if you still have them.
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it.
- If you have eaten this product and feel flu-like symptoms within two months, contact your doctor and mention the contaminated food.
- People over 65, pregnant women, newborns, and those with weakened immune systems face higher risk.
