New York Style Sausage Co. sold 77 pounds of Shannon Valley Irish Brand pork bangers that contain sesame seed—a known allergen—but the label does not declare it. The products were produced on October 15, 2019, and distributed in California. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you have a sesame allergy or are unsure of your allergy status.
- Throw away any Shannon Valley Irish Brand pork bangers you have, or return them to where you bought them.
- Check your freezer—these products may still be frozen in your home.
- Call your doctor if you have eaten these sausages and experience allergic symptoms.
