Sauna360 Tylö saunas recalled for collapsing bench hazard

Sauna360's Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid sauna rooms contain benches that can collapse without warning, creating a fall hazard. The company has received seven reports of bench failures, including one person with head and neck injuries.

  • Stop using the benches immediately.
  • Contact Sauna360 for a free professional repair and installation of additional hardware.
  • Request the revised product manual with updated weight limits.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using the Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Sauna benches immediately and contact Sauna360 for a free repair. Sauna360 will provide a professional installer to retrofit the benches with additional hardware. Consumers will also receive a revised product manual from Sauna360 that includes the weight limit.
