Stop using HEZI power strips immediately
HEZI brand power strips with gray or yellow metal enclosures can cause serious electric shock or death if the metal case becomes energized. The strips lack proper grounding and were sold online from May 2024 through October 2025. No injuries have been reported yet, but the risk is serious.
- Stop using the recalled power strip right away
- Unplug it and store it safely away from children and pets
- Contact HEZI HOME for a full refund
- Do not attempt to repair or use the power strip
