The helmets may fail to protect a rider's head in a crash, creating a serious risk of injury or death. Only red size-small helmets manufactured in November 2025 are affected.

HEZI power strips recalled for electrocution hazardHEZI brand power strips with gray or yellow metal enclosures can cause serious electric shock or death if the metal case becomes energized. The strips lack proper grounding and were sold online from May 2024 through October 2025. No injuries have been reported yet, but the risk is serious.
