FALLNationwide distribution

Stop using OCUN Condor HMS carabiners

OCUN NA is recalling certain Condor HMS Triple Carabiners sold from February 2025 through February 2026. The carabiner's gate can fail to close automatically and may require manual closing, which could cause the carabiner to fail during climbing and lead to a fall.

  • Check your carabiner's batch number on its spine (24003xx, 24004xx, 24010xx, 24023xx, 24024xx, 24025xx, 25005xx, 25006xx affected).
  • Stop using the carabiner immediately if it matches a recalled batch number.
  • Email recall@ocun.com with your completed recall form to request a free replacement and return shipping label.
  • Return the recalled carabiner using the prepaid shipping label provided.
