Agio Menlo patio swing recalled for seat detachment risk
The seat on certain Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swings can detach from the frame while someone is sitting in it, causing them to fall. The manufacturer has received eight reports of this happening, with injuries including head and arm impacts.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled patio swings and contact World Bright International Limited to receive a free repair in the form of replacement hooks and instructions for replacing the hooks.
