CuddleCubs Creations teething toy sets sold on Amazon contain pull-string toys with silicone strings that are longer and smaller than safety standards allow. These strings can reach the back of a child's throat and become lodged, creating a serious choking hazard.

- Cut all silicone strings from the toy, write "DESTROYED" on it with permanent marker, take a photo, and email the photo to the contact address.
- Dispose of the destroyed toy.
