What this means
The lithium-ion battery in XO Poppy Power Trip Magnetic Wireless Power Banks (model PYPBK5M) can overheat and catch fire. About 32,400 units were sold at TJX and Marshalls stores in three colors: cream, cream with pink bow print, and black with teddy bear print. No injuries have been reported.
- Stop using the recalled power bank immediately.
- Contact Truststone Group for a full refund as a virtual Mastercard gift card.
- Check your power bank's model number on the bottom of the original packaging to confirm it matches PYPBK5M (with suffix -CR2, -BW8, or -TB2).
