ASP Global's MPR single-use tourniquet cuff (model DT-7115-02Q) was labeled with a 10-year shelf life, but the actual validated shelf life is 5 years. Products manufactured between September 2016 and March 2023 may have incorrect expiration dates printed on the package.
- Check the expiration date on any MPR tourniquet cuffs in your facility.
- Do not use cuffs that have passed their actual 5-year expiration date from manufacture.
- Contact ASP Global or your supplier for guidance on affected lot numbers S1101STY, P1015STY, and N0330STY.
