Wilson-Cook Medical is recalling certain nasal jejunal feeding tubes (model NJFT-10) because some units were shipped without the nasal transfer tube component, making them incomplete and unusable. The recall affects 60 units distributed in Australia.

  • Check the lot code on your Wilson-Cook nasal feeding tube packaging against W4904253, W4886945, or W4880750
  • If your tube matches one of these lot codes, stop using it and contact Wilson-Cook Medical or your healthcare provider
  • Do not use an incomplete feeding tube
