Meijer sterile saline wound wash (0.9% sodium chloride, 7.1 fl oz) may not have been manufactured to meet required sterility standards. The manufacturer did not follow proper sterilization procedures for this wound-cleaning product. All lots of model MJSALINE7 are affected.
- Stop using the product immediately if you have it
- Do not use on wounds or for first aid
- Dispose of the saline spray safely
- Contact Medline Industries or check Meijer's website for a refund or replacement
