Mahurkar Elite PASS Trays recalled for missing dressing

Certain lots of Mozarc Medical's Mahurkar Elite PASS Trays are missing the Tegaderm CHG antimicrobial dressing that is supposed to be included in the kit. These trays are used in hospitals and clinical settings for acute hemodialysis, aphaeresis, and infusion procedures. The missing dressing may affect the product's intended sterile barrier protection.

  • Check your inventory against the affected lot numbers provided by the FDA
  • Do not use affected trays without obtaining the required Tegaderm CHG dressing separately
  • Contact Mozarc Medical or your supplier for replacement trays or dressings
  • Report any patient complications to your facility's quality or safety team
