Medline Convenience Kits recalled for Lidocaine quality issues

Medline Industries is recalling three models of medical convenience kits that contain Lidocaine Ampules manufactured by Huons Co., Ltd. The ampules were recalled due to quality issues found during an FDA inspection of the manufacturing facility. The affected kits are used in radiology, pain management, and endovenous procedures.
- Check if you have one of the affected kits: DYNJ0621189X (Lot 25ILA890), PAIN1470A (Lot 25JLA514), or TVS4000L (Lots 25JDB583, 25KDA180, or 25KDB274).
- Contact Medline Industries for instructions on returning or replacing the kits.
- Do not use the affected kits until you receive guidance from Medline.

The kits containing Huons Lidocaine HCL Injection USP 1% 10mg/ml 5mL Ampules (Lidocaine Ampules)(OEM). A recall notice was issued by Huons Co., Ltd. for Lidocaine Ampules due to quality issues identified during a recent FDA manufacturing inspection of its drug manufacturing site.
