Integrated Medcraft LLC is recalling Kingfisher Compact Individual First Aid Kits (REF 76656) that contain one-piece Guedel airway components. The airway devices could potentially have an occluded or partially occluded tip. No injuries have been reported.

Stop using the affected Guedel airway components in the kit.
Check for REF 76656 and airway product codes 1100050 (size 00, blue) or 1000035 (size 000, light green).
Check kit lot numbers IMC-00000132 or IMC-00000139, and the airway lot numbers listed in the notice.
