Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is recalling 20,335 bottles of Ciprofloxacin Tablets, USP, 750 mg, 50-count, distributed nationwide. Testing found N-nitroso-ciprofloxacin above the FDA recommended interim control limit. No injuries have been reported.
