Stop using MediNatura ReBoost Nasal Spray
MediNatura ReBoost Nasal Spray has been found to contain yeast, mold, and a bacterium called Achromobacter. These contaminants should not be in a nasal spray, which is meant to be sterile. The contamination affects all lots currently in use.
- Stop using ReBoost Nasal Spray immediately if you have a bottle.
- Do not use the product even if it looks or smells normal.
- Discard the bottle or return it to where you purchased it.
- Call your doctor if you used this product and have any concerns.

Microbial Contamination of Non-Sterile Products: The products have been found to contain yeast/mold and microbial contamination identified as Achromobacter.
