ReBoost Nasal Spray recalled for microbial contamination
MediNatura ReBoost Nasal Spray has been found to contain yeast, mold, and a bacterium called Achromobacter. These contaminants should not be in a nasal spray, which is meant to be sterile. The contamination affects all lots currently in use.

MediNatura is recalling two nasal sprays: ReBoost Nasal Spray and ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray, Extra Strength, both in 20 mL bottles. FDA found yeast, mold and Achromobacter bacteria in the products, which are not sterile. No injuries have been reported.
