DHP Topical Anesthetic Gel (Benzocaine 20%, Strawberry Flavor) may contain bottles with incomplete seals that could compromise the integrity of the product. About 150 units with lot number BNZ-001921 and expiration date April 15, 2029 were distributed nationwide.

  • Check your bottle for proper seal integrity before use.
  • Do not use the product if the seal appears incomplete or damaged.
  • Contact Dental Health Products, Inc. at 2614 North Sugar Bush Road, New Franken, WI 54229 for instructions on how to return or dispose of affected units.
