Apollo Care's semaglutide injection vials contain small particles of nylon/polyamide and silk material. These particles should not be present in a medication injected under the skin. No injuries have been reported.

  • Check your semaglutide vial for lot numbers AC-017124 or AC-017136.
  • Do not use affected vials. Contact your pharmacy or doctor for a replacement.
  • If you have injected from an affected vial, contact your healthcare provider.
