What this means
Apollo Care's semaglutide 20mg injection vials contain visible particles made of nylon/polyamide and silk-like material. The particles were found during quality testing. The affected vials were distributed nationwide.
- If you have semaglutide from Apollo Care with lot numbers AC-017275, AC-017282, or AC-017285, do not use it.
- Contact your pharmacy or prescriber immediately for a replacement.
- Do not inject the medication if you notice any particles in the vial.
