Stop using Hy-Vee Mealtime Fried Rice
Hy-Vee Mealtime Fried Rice in 16 oz. black plastic containers contains milk that is not listed on the label. This poses a serious risk to people with milk allergies or severe lactose intolerance. The affected products have lot codes 19250 or 19251 and were sold at Hy-Vee stores across the Midwest.
- Check your freezer for Hy-Vee Mealtime Fried Rice in 16 oz. containers with lot code 19250 or 19251.
- Do not eat the product if you or anyone in your household has a milk allergy.
- Throw away the product or return it to Hy-Vee for a refund.
