Lo-Boy Foods tuna and macaroni salads recalled for Listeria risk
Made Fresh Salads is recalling two salads sold under the Lo-Boy Foods name: Tuna Deluxe tuna salad and Macaroni Salad, both packaged in 5-pound white plastic tubs. The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The recall covers about 60 pounds of tuna salad and 100 pounds of macaroni salad distributed in New York, and no illnesses have been reported.
