Family Farmstead raw cheddar cheese recalled for potential E. coli
Family Farmstead Dairy, LLC is recalling its Family Farmstead Mild Raw Cheddar, aged 3+ months, because of potential contamination with E. coli (pathogenic non-O157 STEC). The cheese was distributed to distributors in CT, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, and VA, and may have been further distributed. No injuries have been reported.
