Don't eat Ukrop's Pound Cake with Buttercream Icing

Ukrop's Homestyle Foods is recalling two sizes of their Pound Cake with Buttercream Icing and Red Roses because the label does not list soy as an ingredient, even though soy was used in the product. This is a serious issue for people with soy allergies or sensitivities. The cakes were sold in Virginia and West Virginia with a best-by date of 12/15/25.

  • Check your freezer for the 6" (30 oz) or 8" (44 oz) Ukrop's Pound Cake with Buttercream Icing and Red Roses
  • Do not eat the cake if you or anyone in your household has a soy allergy
  • Throw out or return the product to the store where you bought it
  • If you have a soy allergy and consumed this cake, contact your doctor
