AZ Gems Jumbo Raw Shrimp (2 lb bags, UPC 1 93968 00697 6) contains elevated levels of chloramphenicol, an antibiotic not approved for use in the U.S. food supply. The affected product was distributed nationwide under the Member's Mark label. No illnesses have been reported to date.

  • Do not eat this shrimp if you purchased it.
  • Check your freezer for product codes 231874 4D20 or 231874 4D21 with Best By dates of 4/19/2026 or 4/20/2026.
  • Discard the product or return it to the store where you purchased it.
  • Contact AZ Gems, Inc. or your retailer with questions.
