Molly Kitchen's Tuna Salad recalled for undeclared fish allergen due to mislabeling
Stop using Molly Kitchen's Tuna Salad
Reser's Fine Foods distributed Tuna Salad in 5-lb containers with incorrect Chicken Salad labels. The mislabeled tub does not declare the presence of tuna (fish), a major allergen. People with fish allergies who buy this product believing it is chicken salad could have a serious allergic reaction.
- Do not use any Molly Kitchen's Tuna Salad with the Chicken Salad label (UPC 7 5810830149 8, Lot 1410100754, Use By FEB/21/26)
- If you have a fish allergy and purchased this product, discard it or return it to your distributor
- If you or someone in your household consumed this product and has a fish allergy, contact Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) or seek medical attention if you experience allergic symptoms

The master cardboard case label is correct and states: Molly Kitchen's Tuna Salad, (item #) 794599, 2/5 LB tubs per case, Net Wt. 10 LB (4.53 kg). UPC 075810876447. Distributed by US Foods, Inc. Rosemont, IL 60018. Contains: Egg, Wheat, Fish (Tuna).
