Pearl Milling Company pancake mix recalled for undeclared allergens
Pearl Milling Company Original Pancake & Waffles mix (5.99 oz pouches) sold in Puerto Rico contains milk and soy but was labeled as "may contain" instead of "contains." People with milk or soy allergies could have a serious allergic reaction if they consume it.
- Check your home for the recalled product (red pouch, expiration dates Jan–Feb 2027; see specific lot numbers on package).
- Do not consume the product if you have a milk or soy allergy.
- Return the product to the store where you bought it.
