GF Blends recalled Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix, and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix because they contain undeclared wheat gluten. The contamination came from plantain flour supplied by a third party that tested positive for gluten at levels well above FDA safety limits. People with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance could experience allergic reactions or other adverse health effects.
