Salata Dressings is recalling its Jalapeno Avocado Dressing sold at HEB stores in Texas because the jalapeños used in the product may have been contaminated with Salmonella. The affected dressing was distributed between July 13 and August 5, 2026, in 12 oz bottles with Best By dates of 11/05/2026, 11/13/2026, 11/18/2026, or 11/25/2026. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check if you purchased Salata Jalapeno Avocado Dressing from HEB with one of the affected Best By dates.
- Do not use the dressing.
- Return the bottle to HEB for a full refund.
