WinCo Foods Salsa Bean Dip Trays recalled for potential pest contamination in peperoncini ingredient
What this means
WinCo Foods recalled Salsa Bean Dip Trays sold in eight western states because they may contain peperoncini peppers from a G.L. Mezzetta lot that was recalled due to potential pest contamination. WinCo has not found any evidence of pests in its products and has not received any complaints. Because these are ready-made deli items with short shelf life, most product is no longer in homes.
- Check the "Best If Used By" date on your Salsa Bean Dip Tray (Aug. 14–Sept. 25, 2026).
- Do not eat the product if you have it.
- Return it to your local WinCo Foods store for a refund or replacement.
- Call WinCo Customer Service at 1-800-824-1706 if you have questions.
