Jayco recreational vehicles recalled for incorrect tire size on certification label
What this means
Certain 2026–2027 Jayco and Entegra recreational vehicles have an incorrect tire size printed on the vehicle certification label. Installing the wrong sized tires based on this label could increase the risk of a crash.
- Check your vehicle's certification label for the correct tire size.
- Contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 if you own an affected model.
- Wait for your replacement label in the mail (Jayco is mailing them free of charge).
- Install the correct replacement label once received.

Incorrect information may result in the wrong sized replacement tires being installed, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Jayco will mail replacement labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 14, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903664.
