Ring Power Corporation Terex and C-series vehicles recalled for pintle hitch failure risk
What this means
Certain 2020–2022 Ring Power Terex General 65, C6000, C4000, and TC55 vehicles may have been installed with a pintle hitch that lacks proper reinforcing bracing. If the hitch fails, it can cause the trailer to become uncontrolled, increasing the risk of a crash.

The pintle hitch may fail, causing a loss of trailer control and increasing the risk of a crash.
Ring Power will inspect, replace the pintle hitch, and install bracing. Damaged bumpers will be replaced. All repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 16, 2026. Owners may contact Ring Power's customer service at 904-613-0035. Ring Power's number for this recall is 23402.
