E-One Typhoon and Cyclone fire trucks recalled for busbar overheating and fire risk
What this means
Certain 2024–2026 E-One Typhoon N, 2025–2026 Cyclone N, and 2026 Cyclone II fire trucks have a loose positive power supply that can cause the wiring harness and busbar to overheat. An overheated busbar increases the risk of fire.
- Contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122 to verify whether your truck is affected.
- Watch for an owner notification letter expected by October 20, 2026.
- E-One will replace the wiring harness and busbar at no cost.
