Gusto Packing spiral sliced ham recalled for potential Listeria contamination
Do not eat recalled Gusto Packing ham products
Gusto Packing, based in Montgomery, Illinois, recalled approximately 67,113 pounds of spiral-sliced ham products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The contamination was discovered during the company's internal testing. The affected products were distributed to stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Canada.
- Check if you have Centrella Signature, Amish Valley, or Ripple Creek Farms spiral-sliced ham with package codes 71292603304, 71292645104, or 71292603312, or "2014 FE13" use date
- Do not eat the recalled ham; throw it away or return it to the store
- If you or someone you know ate this ham and develops flu-like symptoms (fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion, balance loss) within 2 months, contact a doctor immediately
