Custom Made Meals chicken skewers recalled for undeclared tree nut allergen

Do not eat Custom Made Meals chicken skewers

Custom Made Meals, LLC recalled approximately 7,954 pounds of Red Chili Orange Chicken Skewers because they contain coconut (a tree nut allergen) that is not listed on the package label. The products were made between September 27, 2018, and January 10, 2019, and were distributed to businesses in Wisconsin and donated to organizations in Denver. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat these products if you have a tree nut allergy
  • Throw away the chicken skewers or return them to the store
  • Check your freezer—affected products may still be frozen
  • Contact a doctor if you or a family member ate this product and had an allergic reaction
