Trader Joe's Uncured Bacon Ganache chocolate bars contain coconut, which is not listed on the label. Coconut is a known allergen that can cause serious allergic reactions in some people. The affected bars were sold in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina between January and September 2016.

  • Do not eat these chocolate bars if you or anyone in your household has a coconut allergy
  • Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
  • Check your home for bars with SKU 55001 and a "BEST BY" date of 03 SEP 2016
  • If you've eaten one and experience allergic symptoms, contact a doctor or call 911
