Gourmet Classic Salads ready-to-eat meat and poultry products recalled for Listeria contamination
Discard Gourmet Classic Salads wraps, salads, and bowls
Gourmet Classic Salads, Inc. recalled approximately 3,236 pounds of ready-to-eat salads, wraps, bowls, and snacks produced between January 30 and February 24, 2017, because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The contamination was discovered after the FDA found Listeria on food-contact surfaces at the facility. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat any Gourmet Classic Salads products with establishment number EST. 19276 or P-19276 on the USDA inspection seal.
- Throw away affected products or return them to the store where you bought them.
- If you are elderly, pregnant, have a weakened immune system, or are caring for a newborn and develop flu-like symptoms within two months, contact your doctor and mention the recalled food.
