Hickory Hollow Jerky produced approximately 6,200 pounds of beef and bacon jerky without required federal inspection between January and August 2024. The company continued producing and labeling products with a USDA inspection seal after requesting to stop federal verification activities. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat Hickory Hollow Jerky products with establishment number "EST. NO. 34550" on the USDA inspection seal
- Throw away any affected jerky or return it to the store where you bought it
