Home Run Inn Frozen Foods is recalling about 13,099 pounds of frozen deluxe sausage pizza because metal pieces may be in the product. The affected pizzas were made on June 6, 2022, and have a "best by" date of 12/03/22. The company discovered the problem after customers reported finding metal in their pizzas, but no injuries have been reported so far.
- Do not eat this pizza if you have it at home.
- Check your freezer for 33.5-oz cartons labeled "Home Run Inn CHICAGO'S PREMIUM PIZZERIA DELUXE SAUSAGE CLASSIC PIZZA" with "best by" date 12/03/22.
- Throw away any recalled pizza or return it to where you bought it.
