Valrhona dried egg albumin products recalled—produced without U.S. inspection
Throw away Sosa ALBUWHIP egg products
Valrhona Inc. recalled approximately 66 pounds of dried egg albumin products (sold under the brand Sosa ALBUWHIP) because they were produced in Italy, a country not approved to export egg products to the United States. The products lack required U.S. inspection. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not use Sosa ALBUWHIP dried albumin with lot codes LALB22033, LALB22077, LALB22168, or LALB22200
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- If you consumed this product and have concerns, contact your doctor
