Do not eat A Tu Gusto frozen croquettes
A Tu Gusto, LLC is recalling approximately 7,630 pounds of frozen meat and poultry croquettes produced without federal inspection. The products contain undeclared allergens—soy, sesame seeds, and wheat—that are not listed on the package label. The croquettes were made between April and October 2024 and distributed to retailers and restaurants in Florida and Texas.
- Do not eat these products if you have them at home or at your business
- Throw out any A Tu Gusto Paladar croquettes (chicken, chorizo, fish, or ham varieties) in 32 oz boxes
- If you or someone in your household has an allergic reaction, contact a healthcare provider or call 911
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 with questions about food safety
