AdvancePierre Foods recalled about 3,469 pounds of fully cooked breaded pork patties produced on March 15, 2016, because the packages do not list eggs as an ingredient, even though eggs are in the product. The affected boxes have a use-by date of March 15, 2017, and establishment code EST. 2132. These products were distributed to institutions in Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, and Ohio.
- Do not eat the recalled pork patties if you have an egg allergy
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Contact your doctor if you or someone you know ate this product and had an allergic reaction
