Lone Star Bakery recalled approximately 5,740 pounds of frozen Boomerang's Beef Shepherd's Pie products because they may contain copper wire pieces. The affected products have a use-by date of September 23, 2023, and were sold in California, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. No injuries have been reported, but the copper wire could potentially cause injury if consumed.
- Do not eat Boomerang's Beef Shepherd's Pie with a use-by date of 092323
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Check your freezer for this product—it may still be there
- Call a doctor if you or your family member swallowed copper wire or feel sick
