La Guadalupana Foods frozen tamales recalled for mislabeling and undeclared milk allergen
Throw out La Guadalupana frozen tamales
La Guadalupana Foods recalled approximately 2,669 pounds of frozen tamales produced on October 7, 2025. The tamales were mislabeled as "mild pork" when they actually contain beans, cheese, and jalapeños. The label does not declare milk (cheese) as an allergen, which is a serious concern for people with dairy allergies. No illnesses have been reported so far.
