Del Rancho chicharrones recalled for unauthorized Honduras import
Do not eat Del Rancho chicharrones
Del Valle Import and Export recalled approximately 1,271 pounds of Del Rancho Chicharrones (pork rinds) because they were imported from Honduras, a country not approved to ship pork products to the U.S. The products lack USDA inspection marks and were distributed in Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat Del Rancho Chicharrones in 100g foil packages if you purchased them
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 with questions about food safety
